| We expect very good homes for our puppies. If you email us in reference to our puppies please be aware that you will be asked questions such as "Are you looking for a pet?", "Have you ever owned a dachshund before, if not, have you studied the breed?", "Do you have very small children, if so, what are their ages?", "Will the new baby be raised as an inside pet as well as allowed ample amount of outside exercise time?". Please understand that we care a lot about our babies and where they go, this is very important to us. We prefer our puppies go to loving, forever, pet homes. | MALES VERSUS FEMALES? We have found that males make wonderful pets, just as females do. Males can be trained not to potty in the house which means they will not hike their leg if you housebreak them. They also do best if you have them neutered as they will normally want to mark their territory if they are still intact. I grew up with males and they tend to have a very laid back, happy-go-lucky personality. Please consider a male as a pet, they need love too! Thank you! |

WE SEND OUR PUPPIES HOME WITH A TOY, SMALL BAG OF NUTRO PUPPY FOOD AND YOU GET A SIGNED CONTRACT THAT STATES YOUR PUPPY IS GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR FOR ANY LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DISEASES OR DISORDERS. WE WILL GLADLY TAKE ANY PUPPY/DOG BACK THAT WE HAVE SOLD TO YOU, AT NO COST TO US, IF YOU FEEL YOU CANNOT KEEP THEM AND WE WILL FIND THEM A WONDERFUL, LOVING PET HOME. DACHSHUNDS CAN LIVE UP TO 16 YEARS SO PLEASE THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO ONE OF OUR BABIES. THANK YOU! WE ONLY USE THE AKC REGISTRATION AND WE DO NOT SELL VERY OFTEN WITH FULL AKC.
